1. If the item is defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange and replace any defective items within 7 business days of receipt of items without extra charge.  
2. If items found defective on arrival, items must be reported within 7 days after receipt and returned within 21 days, and buyers are responsible for returned shipping cost. 
3. In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. 
4. Items should be returned with original packages. 
5. All sales are final. Refunds will be given only if items found defective on arrival. Refund will be issused within 3 days after receipt and inspection of returned product, 

but fees of shipping, handling and insurance are not refundable.

Can I put my logo on your products?

---------------------Yes.Both OEM and ODM are accepted.Please email us and let us know your logo or design.

What is the price of a sample production?

---------------------- Sample charge is $78 per item according to your design . It is refundable once place an order. And the shipping cost would be paid by the buyer.

What is the time of a sample production?

----------------------1~3 days if you accept our own sample. 5~7 days if you require us to make new sample with your own logo design

What is the time of bulk production ?

------------------------ 30 working days for bulk production after received your confirmed order and deposit

What is the time of packaging?

---------------------7-10 days after the customer confirm the design of package. Film of printing would be charged as per the customer’s design and colors.

What is the weight of each package?
